To maintain strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for certain product categories, including but not limited to boxers and perfumes. These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care reasons. However, we will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product purchased from our store, please send an email to Support@whiteflag.in from the email address used for placing the order.
Once we receive the return shipment, we will initiate a refund after deduction of cost of return shipment within 24-72 hours.

Once the return shipment is picked up from customer premises, we will dispatch the exchange shipment from our warehouse.
